- A wall outlet boxThis is a hardwired wall lamp that fits a standard single-gang wall box, so it replaces a wall light rather than plugging in; a wall switch is optional, as the pull chain controls on and off.
Run it on AC 110V only, with a G4 bulb rated AC 110V: a 12V G4 bulb looks identical but will fail or damage the fixture, so confirm the packaging reads G4 / 110V AC. The pull chain is a simple on/off and does not dim. It is for indoor use. A licensed electrician is recommended; turn the power off at the breaker before starting.

A pull chain, and nothing to learn
The Signal keeps it simple: a fine bead chain in the same finish as the shade hangs from the bottom of the lamp, ending in a small turned acorn pull. Pull once for on, pull again for off. No touch panels, no apps, no hidden switches, and no wall switch required, so it can be wired to always-on power and controlled entirely from the chain. It is a small, satisfying gesture, and the whole point of the design.
Honest controlWalnut wood, and a metal shade
The body is a solid wood disc in a deep walnut finish, not a veneer or an engineered substrate, so it has real weight and its grain varies from piece to piece, each one its own. The shade is a hand-finished metal hood, in a warm Brass that pairs classically with the wood, or a brushed Silver for a cooler contrast. All versions share the same walnut body.
