No. This is a recessed in-wall fixture — it needs a cavity cut into the wall and is not compatible with a standard US junction box. Check the cut-out dimensions for the chosen size before ordering.
It's a hardwired, in-wall fixture, so a licensed electrician is recommended unless in-wall wiring and cutting the recess are familiar. An installation guide is included.
The lamp is its own switch — pull it out to turn on, push it back in to turn off. The switch is on the base of the body; no separate wall switch is needed.
