We want every Hommlux purchase to feel right at home. If something isn't quite what you hoped for, returning it is simple — and below you'll find exactly how it works.

The Essentials

  • You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition, complete with packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • No restocking fees, ever.
  • Our team helps you at every stage.

Returning an Item, Step by Step

  1. Get in touch. Email info@hommlux.com with your order number and why you're returning the item.
  2. Repack it. Place the item back in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documents included.
  3. Ship it. Use the carrier and method outlined in the return authorization email we send you.

Your 30-Day Return Window

From the day your order arrives, you have a full 30 days to return it. To be accepted, an item needs to be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories. There's no restocking fee at any point, and our support team is happy to walk you through it.

Return Shipping — Who Covers It

On us. We pay return shipping in full whenever an item arrives incorrect, is damaged in transit, or turns out to be defective.

On you. Return shipping is your responsibility when the return comes down to preference — ordering the wrong item, a fit that doesn't work, or simply changing your mind. Original shipping charges can't be refunded.

Refunds

After your return reaches us, we inspect it to confirm it meets the criteria above. Once it's approved, we initiate your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, expect up to 7 business days for the refund to begin processing.

Canceling an Order

Changed your mind early? Email info@hommlux.com within 24 hours of ordering, including your order number, and we'll cancel it. After 24 hours we can't promise cancellation, as your order may already be moving through processing — and once it ships, cancellation isn't possible. In that case, you're always welcome to return it after delivery under this policy.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product instead? We're glad to help. Just email info@hommlux.com and we'll arrange a quick exchange.

If Your Order Never Arrives

Should your order fail to turn up within the expected delivery window, email info@hommlux.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier, and if the package is confirmed lost, you'll receive either a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement.

Items That Can't Be Returned

Some products are ineligible for return on hygiene and safety grounds. Wherever this applies, the product page will say so clearly.

Policy Updates

This Return & Refund Policy may change from time to time. When it does, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We recommend checking back occasionally — by continuing to use our site after an update, you're accepting the revised policy.
