It runs on a built-in rechargeable battery (4400 mAh), so there's no outlet to find and no wiring at all. A full charge lasts 12 to 20 hours, and you top it up with the included USB-C cable — the whole bar lifts off its magnetic mount to charge, then clicks back into place.
It depends on how long you run it. At around 3 hours a day you'll recharge roughly every 4 to 7 days; used less, much less often. There's a little calculator above that works it out for your usage. Warmer, lower light lasts longer than bright, cool light.
