No — this pendant is not dimmable. It has fixed brightness. The 3-Colour option changes the tone of the light (warm, natural, cool) from your existing wall switch, not the brightness, and the Warm, White and Neutral versions are a single fixed tone.
No bulbs to buy — the LED is built in and included, so it lights up out of the box. The shades come in cool White, Gray or Green, or a White, Gray and Green trio, and you separately choose the light tone (warm, white, neutral, or 3-colour switchable).
It's a hardwired cord pendant that mounts to a ceiling box, so a licensed electrician is recommended. The cord adjusts up to about 59 in (150 cm) and shortens to set the height; a good clearance is roughly 30 to 36 in from the surface of a table or island up to the bottom of the shades.
