It is outdoor-rated and weather-resistant, but not submersible, so choose a sheltered exterior position and, on exposed coastal sites, keep it out of the direct salt-spray zone. Close the gasket and glass cover fully at install. A licensed electrician is recommended; turn the power off at the breaker before starting.

Behind them sits a sealed, ribbed frosted glass that diffuses the light into a soft, even glow and keeps the bulkhead sealed against the weather. It is real aluminum and glass, built to sit outside.
