Yes, a bulb is included. It takes a standard E26/E27 bulb and works with LED or Edison bulbs, so you can swap in your own. The fixture itself is not dimmable; dimming would depend on a compatible bulb and wall dimmer.
There are three sizes: Small (9.8 in), Medium (15.7 in), and Large (19.7 in) in diameter. The adjustable rod comes in three sections (3.9 in + 7.9 in + 11.8 in), so you can set the drop to your ceiling. The size guide on this page draws each to scale.
It is hardwired and runs on standard mains (AC 90 to 260V), so a licensed electrician is recommended. It is for indoor, dry use only (IP20), so it should not be used outdoors or in a wet area.
