- E26/E27 bulbsOne medium-base bulb per pendant, and they are not included, so add one (or three for the cluster); a warm-white 2700K LED up to 60W-equivalent is ideal, and a vintage Edison filament reads especially well through the mesh. Avoid cool-white or daylight bulbs, which fight the rust patina.
- A ceiling outlet boxThis is a hardwired pendant that fits a standard ceiling box, so it replaces a ceiling light rather than plugging in. For a cluster of separate pendants, use separate outlets or a multi-port canopy.
It dims with a dimmable LED bulb and a compatible TRIAC wall dimmer; the fixture itself has no built-in dimmer. Standard voltage is 110 to 120V US, with 220 to 240V available on request. Shorten the 59 in wire on site to set the drop; for an island or table, allow about 30 to 36 in of clearance. It is for indoor use. A licensed electrician is recommended; turn the power off at the breaker before starting.

Small (∅ 8.3 in) suits hallways, nooks, or clusters of three to five over an island. Medium (∅ 13.8 in) is the most versatile, over an island or a table for two to four. Large (∅ 18.9 in) is for high ceilings and tables for six to ten. There is also a ready-made 3-head cluster, three small pendants on one bar.
A warm-white 2700K E26/E27 LED, up to 60W-equivalent, and the bulbs are not included. A vintage Edison filament reads especially well, casting patterned shadows through the mesh. Avoid cool-white or daylight bulbs, which look out of place against the rust patina.
Dust gently with a soft brush or feather duster, and for dust inside the cage use a vacuum with a soft brush attachment on low. Do not use water, glass cleaner, or any liquid, as moisture can affect the rust patina and cause uneven aging.
