The crystals are real cut crystal, not acrylic. The lamps sit hidden inside the crystal drum, so no bulb is ever on show and the shape you choose barely matters; a compact warm-white candelabra LED is all it needs. The hand-finished brass is sealed and stable, so it holds its warm tone with only subtle piece-to-piece variation. Please confirm your ceiling box is rated for the weight, up to about 13 kg on the nine-light; for the six and nine-light sizes a fan-rated brace box is safest. Crystals unclip during hanging and re-attach after, and individual crystals can be replaced.

We would rather you knew before you ordered than found out on the doorstep. Here is the honest split.
- The chandelierThe hand-finished solid-brass body and all of its clear cut-crystal palmettes, beads and prisms in your chosen size, the 19.7 in chain and canopy, and all mounting hardware. Crystals can be unclipped for hanging and re-attached after.
- E12/E14 socketsOne candelabra socket per head, wired and ready for your bulbs.
- E12/E14 candelabra bulbsOne small candelabra bulb per head, and they are not included, so add the right number for your size; a warm-white 2700K E12 or E14 LED at 3 to 5W is ideal. The lamps sit inside the crystal drum, out of sight behind the beads and prisms, so a compact bulb is the easiest fit.
- A rated ceiling boxThis is a hardwired, chain-suspended chandelier that fits a ceiling box, but please confirm the box is rated for the weight, up to about 13 kg on the nine-light; for the six and nine-light sizes a fan-rated brace box is safest.
It dims with dimmable candelabra bulbs and a compatible TRIAC dimmer, and dimmed crystal light is especially atmospheric. The 19.7 in chain shortens on site; for a dining table, hang the bottom about 30 to 34 in above the surface. It is for indoor use. A licensed electrician is recommended for all sizes; turn the power off at the breaker before starting.

The larger sizes are substantial, up to about 13 kg on the nine-light, so please confirm your ceiling box is rated, and use a fan-rated brace box for the six and nine-light. It takes E12/E14 bulbs, not included, and dims with a compatible dimmer.

The palmettes, beads and prisms are real cut crystal, clear, transparent, and faceted to refract light into sparkle and shadow. Each piece carries the weight, clarity, and optical character of true crystal, not an acrylic substitute.
4 heads (∅ 40 cm) suits small dining tables or bedrooms; 5 heads (∅ 50 cm) standard dining rooms and entries; 6 heads (∅ 60 cm) large tables and open-plan rooms; 9 heads (∅ 80 cm) grand foyers and double-height spaces. The size guide draws them to scale.
A warm-white 2700K E12/E14 candelabra LED at 3 to 5W. The lamps are concealed inside the crystal drum, behind the beads and prisms, so no bulb is visible and the shape is up to you, though a compact one fits most easily. Bulbs are not included.
Weight ranges from about 6.1 kg (4 heads) to about 13 kg (9 heads). Standard ceiling boxes typically support up to about 23 kg, so all sizes are within range, but we strongly recommend confirming with a licensed electrician, and a fan-rated brace box is safest for the 6 and 9-light.
