- A ceiling outlet boxThis is a hardwired, wire-hung fixture that mounts to a standard round ceiling box, so it replaces a ceiling light rather than plugging in.
The 59 in wire can be shortened by your electrician, and because it hangs from a wire it self-levels on a sloped ceiling. It dims with dimmable bulbs and a compatible TRIAC dimmer, and suits indoor dry and damp locations, but not wet or shower zones. A licensed electrician is recommended, especially for the 6 and 8-head sizes.

The Sputnik silhouette radiates chrome arms out around a central hub, all on one level, each tipped with a white opal-glass globe. It comes in four sizes: the 3 and 5-head share the same 23.6 in footprint, so the 5-head simply adds light; the 6-head widens to 28.3 in and the 8-head to 32.3 in for bigger, open rooms. The frame is polished iron in chrome, the globes are smooth white opal glass for an even, diffused light, and the twist is a rosette of tall curved acrylic blades, translucent and standing upright around the hub. That colour, Orange or Brown, is the only part that changes: the globes stay white and the chrome stays constant, so the colour reads as a considered accent, not a whole-fixture tint.
